Join us on Saturday, December 1 at Fairfax Corner for the 3rd Annual VolRUNteer 5K and Fun Run benefiting Volunteer
Fairfax.  As a respected community leader in volunteerism, Volunteer Fairfax helps connect individuals and groups to the causes you care about and supports organizations that support the community. 

The VolRUNteer 5K and Fun Run features opportunities for runners at any level, including special youth prices for the 5K;  a one-kilometer Fun Run; and for competitive runners, prizes for the top male and female finishers overall and the top two finishers in each male and female  age group! It's a great opportunity to try for a personal best, introduce your kids to running, or bring your friends from work and engage in some friendly competition for one of the group turnout awards. The 5K follows a USATF certified course, starting and finishing at Fairfax Corner Shopping Center.  Race times: 5k: 9:00 A.M; Fun Run: 9:15 A.M. It will be timed electronically by Potomac River Running using IPICO tags and all participants will receive a commemorative long-sleeve race t-shirt, but please preregister to guarantee you receive your shirt on race day!

$35 Regular Rate
$15 Youth Rate (15 and under)

1K Fun Run*:
$15(Adults participating in the Fun Run must be accompanying a child)

*Please note: The Fun Run has been changed to a 1K this year as opposed to 1 Mile.

Packet Pick Up and Late Registration: 

Packet pick up and late registration will be held at the Volunteer Fairfax office on November 29 from 5:30 to 8:30pm and the Burke =PR= store on November 30 from 3-7 P.M.  Race day packet pick up and registration will be held at the plaza at Fairfax Corner on the morning of the race from 7:30-8:30 A.M.
